Susanne joined the firm in early 2009 bringing with her a unique skill set.  She earned a BA in Accountancy from DePaul University and worked in public accounting as a CPA in both audit and tax with a concentration in real estate.  While always knowing there was a passion for interior design, she left public accounting to study interior design at the International Academy of Art, where Residential Design became her emphasis.

After design school, raising her young family became her focus while extensively renovating her Victorian farmhouse.  Twice!

At EMA, she handles all accounting, financial and project budgeting matters while managing the firm's interior design projects that include furniture, fabrics, paint colors, and accessories selections.

Susanne shares a home in Park Ridge with her husband and five sons.
